Barbara Rhine (Music Teacher) Barbara has been with Jack and Jill since 1977. Her love of music is evident from her days at Lebanon Valley College and the hours spent developing children's music programs. Barbara and her husband have two married children and three grandchildren. She is very active in the music program at her church and provides private music instruction at her home.
Beth is a graduate of York College with a degree in Elementary Education. She has taught in several early childhood education programs, including Headstart and IU-13. She has been teaching at Jack and Jill since 1998. In addition to teaching, she is the music director at Trinity UCC in Palmyra, where her husband, John, is the pastor. She resides in Palmyra with her husband and many family pets. They have three children and five grandchildren. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, and volunteering as a charter member for New Horizons for Animals, Inc.
Nike Guttridge (Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher/3's Co-Teacher)
Nike earned her Master's degree in Human Development and Family Studies for Early Childhood Education from the University of Missouri at Columbia. Nike has vast experience working as an educator in a number of early childhood programs. She and her husband, Tim, reside in Lebanon with their two children, Kara and Kendra, an alumna of Jack and Jill. Besides working with children, Nike enjoys arts and crafts. She is an active member of both NAEYC and LVAEYC.
Tamar Sullivan (Co-Teacher Pre-Kindergarten)
Tamar earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Elizabethtown College. She has a vast array of teaching experience in districts including Lower Dauphin, Lebanon, and the IU 13. Tamar had been a part of the Jack & Jill family years ago, her two children are former Jack & Jillers! She had also served our school as a Substitute Teacher. Tamar enjoys party planning and is a professional wedding coordinator when not at Jack & Jill. She and her husband reside in Lebanon.
Debbie Kauffman (Pre-Kindergarten, 5-Day Teacher)
Debbie is a graduate of Edinboro University with a degree in Elementary Education. She earned her Master's degree in Teaching and Curriculum from Penn State University with a Reading Specialist Certificate. She has taught both kindergarten and first grade in the Lower Dauphin School District. Debbie lives with her husband and three children, Ryan, Mariah, and Jenah in Lebanon. She has been a substitute teacher at Jack and Jill in the past. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, reading, exercising, bible study at her church, and spending time with her children. Two of her children are Jack and Jill alumni.

Kerry Lively (Lead 3's Teacher)
Kerry is a familiar face at Jack and Jill. She has been a substitute and summer camp teacher. Last year Kerry spent Friday mornings running a craft and story time hour at Jack and Jill, through the Cornwall Rec Program. She is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College with a degree in Elementary Education. Kerry earned her Master's degree in Teaching and Curriculum from Penn State University. She has taught both kindergarten and first grade in the Harrisburg/Lebanon area schools. She resides in Annville with her husband, Henri, and their three children, two of which are Jack and Jill alumni. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at church, as well as walking, reading and scrapbooking.
2 Year - Old Program
Kendra Meyer (Lead 2's Teacher)
Kendra is a graduate of Towson University with a Master's of Arts in Teaching degree. She is certified in Early Childhood Education. Kendra has worked for the Capital Area Intermediate Unit teaching in an autism support classroom. She and her husband, Chad, reside in Lebanon with their two daughters, Madelyn (a Jack and Jill alumna) and Lillian. She enjoys reading, scrapbooking, walking, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Gina resides in Cleona with her husband, Mike, and two of her three children. A native of Syracuse, NY she earned a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Cortland. In Syracuse, she was a Lead Pre-School and School- Age Teacher at The Early Childhood Center. She then worked as Director of Somewhere Special Child Care Center. Since moving to Pennsylvania , Gina has substituted in Lebanon County school districts and the IU 13. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching her children in their various activities.
